If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We want you to be confident in your decision to shop with us, so we offer this generous return window.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and provide them with your order details. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Please note that the returned item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Any item that is damaged, used, or not in its original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For international orders, please be aware that you may be responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the buyer's responsibility.
